The methodology of Vision Trekk embraces the philosophy anyone, anywhere, anytime. We accomplish this by using a variety of assessment based identification tools as well as Trekking Components designed to foster individual awareness, team function and effective collaboration.

The implementation of a Vision Trekk experience varies from 1-7 days. Typically, groups desire to move outside their everyday contexts to learn, thus travel is necessary. For those who do not have the time to travel, local Vision Trekk experiences can be designed.
